Creative Rewilding
A personalised creative mentoring session using your birth chart as a map for exploration.
Sometimes understanding a pattern isn’t enough…
We can understand something intellectually and still struggle to find a way of living differently.
Creative Rewilding moves beyond interpretation and into lived creative experience.
Drawing on my background in creative mentoring, eco/somatics and therapeutic arts facilitation, I use astrology as a starting point for creative, embodied and sensory exploration. Together, we identify a meaningful thread within your chart; such as your lunar nodes or another pattern connected to what you are currently navigating and explore how it might be showing up in your lived experience.
Rather than telling you what your chart says you should do, I use it to open questions.
Through conversation, imagery, metaphor and creative inquiry, we explore what may have become overly familiar, constrained or disconnected and what might be asking for more space, curiosity or experimentation.
From what emerges, we create a small, personalised Rewilding Practice for you to take into your everyday life.
This might involve photography, intuitive writing, drawing, movement, wandering, working with natural or found materials, sensory observation or another creative practice suited to you.
You do not need to consider yourself an artist or be “good” at anything.
The emphasis is on curiosity and process rather than producing something beautiful or finished…
Your session includes
A 75-minute online 1:1 session, including:
preparation and exploration of a relevant pattern within your natal chart
conversation around what you are currently navigating
guided creative and archetypal inquiry
development of a personalised creative rewilding experiment
