How the session works
Before: You’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand your current focus or what you’re moving through.
During (75–90 mins): A live session where we explore your chart together, with space for reflection, insight, and dialogue.
After: You’ll receive a voice note summary to revisit the session and integrate what emerged.
